Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statement and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect on May 19, 2015 and will be reopened on June 01, 2015 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on May 30, 2015.
