Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Statement, and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect on May 20, 2016 and will be reopened on May 30, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submission the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on May 28, 2016.
