Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading window is closed with immediate effect on July 28, 2014 and will be reopened on August 14, 2014 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on August 13, 2014.
