Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015 has appointed Ms. Jayshree Poddar as an Additional Director, with effect from March 01, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board also appointed the following existing Independent Directors under Section, 149(10) of the Companies Act, 2013 as Additional Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>1. Mr. Dilip J. Thakkar<BR>2. Dr. K.R.S. Murthy<BR>3. Mr. Rajiv Khaitan<BR>4. Mr. Berjis M. Desai.
