The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 08, 2017 declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (25% on the par value of Rs.10/- per share) for the Financial Year 2017-18 and have fixed November 20, 2017 as the 'Record Date' for determining the Members who will be entitled for the said Interim Dividend. The said Dividend will be paid on December 06, 2017.
