Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from October 30, 2014 till November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
