| Hindustan Bio Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read within rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 , the Company is pleased to provide its Shareholders the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The details pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules are given here under :<br/><br/>1. Date of completion of sending of Notices: September 04, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Date and time of commencement of voting through electronic means: Monday, September 22, 2014 at 9.00 A.M.<br/><br/>3. Date and time of end of voting through electronic means: Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 6.00 P.M.<br/><br/>4. Voting through electronic means shall not be allowed beyond 6.00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014.<br/><br/>5. For electronic voting instructions.
