Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed from October 01, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The 'Trading Window' shall reopen for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company from November 02, 2015.
