Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2017 has appointed Shri Shamit Bhartia (an existing Non-executive Director of the Company) as Managing Director with effect from February 04, 2017 for a period of 5 years. The appointment of Shri Shamit Bhartia is subject to approval of shareholders at the next general meeting.
