Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated September 16, 2015 on September 17, 2015 from Shri Sanjay Basu tendering his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, Shri Sanjay Basu ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from September 17, 2015.
