In compliance with Regulations 30 and other relevant Regulations of the LODRRs with the Stock Exchanges, this is to inform the Exchange (BSE) that at the Audit Committee Meeting and Board Meeting (both) held on Friday, 17th March, 2017, has approved (in principle) the following 1) Transfer of Company's N2O4 / CNA Plant at HOCL Rasayani to ISRO, Department of Space, GOI, along (approx.)20 acres of land and manpower as is where is basis' as decided by the Government of India and as detailed in the Co. letter dt.18.3.2017 to BSE. 2) Stoppage of 2 Plants viz. Nitrobenzene & Formaldehyde Plants at Company's Rasayani Unit, along with approval for disposal of 7 Plants (of Rasayani Unit) and Super Structures disposal and consequent Closure of Rasayani Unit Operations; and 3) Procedures reg. Issue of Postal Ballot Notice to the shareholders of the Company to seek approval on the Postal Ballot Notice Resolutions in respect of Board decisions as the case may be along with such other matters.
