Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2014, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.00/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.<br/><br/>The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 14, 2014.
