With reference to the earlier letter dated December 17, 2015 wherein the Company had informed the exchanges about the Company entering into an agreement with Masons Group to acquire its flagship brand 'Indulekha'.<BR><BR>In this regard Hindustan Unilever Ltd has now informed BSE that post completion of requisite formalities, the Company has now completed the above said transaction.
