This is further to our letter dated 10th October, 2017, intimating the date of Board Meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have declared an interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2018. The record date for determining the entitlement for the aforesaid dividend is fixed as 2nd November, 2017 and the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after 14th November, 2017.
