With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 08, 2015 inter alia, submitting the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, Hindustan Unilever Ltd has now informed BSE that in Note No. 10 to the audited financial results, the date of payment of Interim Dividend should be read as November 14, 2014 instead of November 03, 2014.<BR><BR>The Company is arranging to issue a corrigendum to this effect for publication in the Newspapers. The contents of the corrigendum is enclosed.
