Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta, Independent Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board in view of his other commitments. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 22, 2015, has accepted his resignation with immediate effect.<BR><BR>The Board placed on record its deep appreciation for the valuable contributions of Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta during his tenure with the Company.
