Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Considered to issue security up to US$ 350 million subject to approval of the shareholders at the forth coming annual general meeting.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of code of Fair Disclosure under revised Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
