Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on May 24, 2016 allotted 2,29,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,08,12,190 consisting of 158,04,06,095 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
