Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on June 23, 2014 allotted 14,52,120<br/>equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<br/><br/>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 313,38,98,940 consisting of 156,69,49,470 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
