Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on February 04, 2016 allotted 1,53,415 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,77,73,270 consisting of 157,88,86,635 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
