Please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 17th October, 2017, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> In terms of the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the Trading window will be closed from Saturday, the 30th September, 2017 to Thursday, the 19th October, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
