Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2015, has considered the consolidation of its subsidiary companies viz 'Positive Packaging Industries Limited' and 'Webtech Labels Private Limited' with itself and, inter-alia, approved the appointment of a Valuer and Merchant Banker. The Board will meet again to consider the final restructuring plan.
