With reference to the earlier letter dated August 06, 2014 wherein the company had intimated that Mr. A. Venkatrangan, Executive Director had resigned with effect from October 03, 2014. At the request of the Board of Directors, Mr. Venkatrangan has agreed to withdraw his resignation as Executive Director of the Company, Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 07, 2014 have noted the withdrawal of his resignation and appointed Mr. A. Venkatrangan as the Managing Director (Designate) w.e.f. October 07, 2014.
