Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has informed BSE that subject to approval of members at proposed Extra-ordinary General Meeting to be held on December 21, 2014 and other statutory authorities, the Board of Directors of the Company have authorized the Company to issue Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rupees 550 Crore on private placement basis to<BR>Huhtalux S.a r.l. in one or more tranches or issuances.
