Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution dated August 31, 2015 allotted 650,033 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,599,362,177 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,993,621,770/-.
