Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, re-appointed Mr. Himanshu Kapania as the Managing Director of the Company, subject to approval of the members in general meeting, for a period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2016, whose current term is due to expire on March 31, 2016.
