Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2024. Please find enclosed herewith the aforesaid financial results along with Auditors' Report thereon issued by KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (formerly Khimji Kunverji & Co LLP) the Statutory Auditors of the Company. We hereby confirm and declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Report on the aforesaid financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) with unmodified opinion.
