Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations 2015, read with Para-A of Part-A of schedule III to the said Regulations, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform that Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay vide his letter dated 29th March, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company due to personal health reasons and will be effective from the closure of business hours on 10th April, 2024.
