| IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2014 to July 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that June 24th, 2014 will be the Cut Off date for the purpose of offering e-VotIng facility to the members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2014. | |
