We wish to inform that the Company has been in the process of identifying and appointing a suitable candidate for the office of Chief Financial Officer. Due to retirement of the existing CFO the Board in its meeting held on 30th March, 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Soumitra Goswami as the Interim CFO and KMP of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2024. He will hold the office till new CFO is appointed by the Board.
