IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015, and to consider dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 25, 2015 pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of IFCI Ltd. shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive), for the aforesaid purpose.
