IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2015, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The dividend shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the declaration viz. latest by March 27, 2015.
