IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- The Board of Directors of the company declared an Interim Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each on February 12, 2016. The Board recommends the Interim Dividend to be the Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.
