IKF Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from January 01, 2016 to January 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors and Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
