IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from February 01, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) due to the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, for adoption of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
