Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, please find enclosed herewith the summary of the proceedings of the 61st AGM of the Company held on 30.09.2023 at 11.00 AM through VC/OAVM as Annexure A. Further, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules, please find attached herewith the Voting Results and Consolidated Scrutinizer''s Report on remote e-voting and voting at the AGM as Annexure B and Annexure C respectively. Based on the Scrutinizer''s Report, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening 61st AGM have been passed by the Members with requisite majority.
