As per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on 12th May, 2017 till 6.00 P.M. on 25th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year and quarter ended 31st March, 2017 on 23rd May, 2017.
