We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, 150th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has been scheduled on Tuesday, 07th November, 2017 inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed with immediate effect on 30th October, 2017 and will be reopened on 09th November, 2017 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 07th November, 2017 in compliance with Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. <BR>
