India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share in addition to the first interim dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share declared and paid in February 2015. The final dividend will be paid to the shareholders after it is declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
