India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 13, 2017 and shall open 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
