India Securities Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Letter of Offer for voluntary delising of equity Shares.<br/><br/><br/>Essar Capital Ltd (Promoter) has made public announcement for its offer to acquire equity shares of India Securities Ltd (Target Company) in terms of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation, 2009, Consequently, On March 13, 2012 letters of offer (along with bid forms and wherever necessary transfer deeds) were dispatched to the shareholders of Target Company as on specified date i.e. March 12, 2012.
