India Securities Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2011:<br/><br/>The Company has posted a loss after tax of Rs. (3688.999) million for the year ended March 31, 2011 as compared to net profit of Rs. 68.285 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 104.493 million for the year ended March 31, 2010 to Rs. 76.424 million for the year ended March 31, 2011.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Audited consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2011<br/><br/>The Group has posted a loss after tax of Rs. (7144.482) million for the year ended March 31, 2011. Total Income is Rs. 1457.572 million for the year ended March 31 2011.
