Indiabulls Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2014, decided to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company through a Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration Rules) 2014, for a change in the name of the Company from Indiabulls Power Limited (the present name) to Rattanlndia Power Limited.<br/><br/>For this purpose the Board has appointed Mr. Sanjay Khandelwal of M/s S. Khandelwal and Co., Practicing Company Secretary as scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The results of the Postal Ballot would be declared on October 16, 2014 at 6:00 P.M.
