| Indiabulls Power Ltd has informed BSE that as regards on September 24, 2014 order of Honble Supreme Court cancelling 214 coal blocks allocated since 1993, Indiabulls Power Ltd. is one of the very few power sector companies which is not impacted by this Supreme Court order.<br/><br/>Indiabulls Power Ltd. which is developing 5,400 MW thermal power plants at Amravati and Nashik has dedicated Fuel Supply Agreements with Coal India Ltd, for supply of domestic coal.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, in a recent Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) order; Indiabulls Power Ltd. was allowed compensatory cost pass-through for use of imported coal for any shortfall in domestic coal supply by Coal India Ltd. | |
