| We refer to the earlier announcement dt. October 11, 2017, informing that Brenformexa Limited ('the Offeror'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. ('the Company') has announced a voluntary unconditional cash offer ('Offer') for all units in Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust, a SGX-ST listed business trust ('IPIT') ('Units') at the offer price of S$0.90 per unit in IPIT ('Offer Price') ('Offer Announcement'). We wish to inform that Farallon Group has tendered all of their Units in acceptance of the Offer, & as the Offeror has received valid acceptances pursuant to the Offer in respect of not less than 90 per cent. of the total number of Units in issue (other than those already held by the Offeror, its related corporations & their respective nominees as at the Despatch Date), the Offeror is entitled, & intends, to exercise its right to compulsorily acquire all remaining Offer Units, at the Offer Price of S$0.90 for each Unit.
