Indian Bank has informed BSE that the Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held on June 27, 2015, at 10.30 a.m. at IMAGE Auditorium, Raja Annamalaipuram, MRC Nagar, Chennai - 600 028 to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. Adoption of Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Declaration of dividend on equity shares for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The cut-off date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to receive the Notice for the Ninth Annual General Meeting will be May 22, 2015.
