With reference to the earlier letter dated June 10, 2015 conveying the order of Government of India entrusting the additional charge of the Managing Director & CEO of Indian Bank to Shri Mahesh Kumar Jain, Executive Director, Indian Bank for a period of three months, Indian Bank has now informed BSE that Government of India has, vide order dated October 08, 2015 has entrusted the additional charge of the Managing Director & CEO of Indian Bank to Shri Mahesh Kumar Jain, Executive Director of the Bank for further period of three months w.e.f. September 10, 2015 or till the date of appointment of regular MD & CEO or until further order, whichever is earlier, in compliance of the Appointments Committee of Cabinets Order dated October 06, 2015.
