INDIAN BANK - FY15 results on May 14, 2015

Indian Bank has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, for approving the Standalone / Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bonk will remain closed from May 06, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on May 18, 2015.
