Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes in the Board of Directors are hereby notified:-<br/><br/>1. Dr.R.K.Malhotra, Director(RandD), who was also holding the additional charge of Chairman, superannuated from the services of the Corporation on June 30, 2014 and hence, ceased to be the Director of the Corporation. Shri A.M.K.Sinha, Director(PandBD) has been given the additional charge of Chairman, IndianOil effective July 01, 2014, in addition to his existing duties.<br/><br/>2. Shri. Rajkumar Ghosh, Director(Refineries) has superannuated from the services of the Corporation on June 30, 2014 and therefore, ceased to be Director of the Corporation. Shri. Sanjiv Singh has been appointed as Director (Refineries) w.e.f. July 01, 2014.
