Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2014, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders of the Bank on November 26, 2014 at Narada Gana Sabha, 314 UK Road, Chennai- 600018, for the election of Directors by the shareholders, other than the Central Government from amongst themselves.<br/><br/>2. Fixation of the Cut Off Date as October 17, 2014, for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to participate and vote at the EGM.
